Welcome to Cindara. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website cindaro.com and related services including AI software development, enterprise AI integration into business operations, and complementary AI advisory and implementation services.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all engagements for services, digital products, and goods provided by Cindara ("we" or "us") to you ("you" or "client").
2. Services
2.1 AI Software Development & Enterprise AI Integration
We provide custom AI software development, enterprise AI integration into business operations, and implementation consulting. Prior to project start, you will receive an engagement proposal detailing scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees. All services are tailored to your needs and begin upon receipt of initial payment.
Due to the unique nature of each project, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. You may, however, request to transfer any unused credit toward a future engagement within six months of the original invoice date. Transfer requests are subject to resource availability and mutual agreement on new deliverables.
2.2 Complementary AI Advisory & Implementation Sessions
Advisory sessions are scheduled upon confirmation. To reschedule without fee, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the session date. Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours of the scheduled time are subject to the full session fee without reimbursement.
3. Digital Products
Digital products include software packages, templates, guides, and online training materials. Access is granted immediately after purchase. All sales of digital products are final and no reimbursements will be provided once access credentials or download links have been issued. If you encounter technical difficulties accessing a product, contact us for assistance or replacement materials.
4. Goods
Physical goods are subject to availability. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a claim, contact us with a description and photo of the issue. Once approved, we will issue a refund of the purchase price or ship a replacement at our expense. You must send back the defective item within 30 days to the address below using a trackable method. We are not liable for loss during shipping if a trackable method is not used.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
All service fees are non-refundable after work has started due to customization efforts. Unused amounts may be transferred to future services within six months of payment, subject to availability.
5.2 Digital Products
No refunds for digital products once access is granted. If technical issues prevent access, contact us and we will provide support or replacement content.
5.3 Goods
You may request a refund or replacement for damaged or defective goods within 14 days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the sent-back item. Shipping costs to send back items are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting at cindaro.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
